After two decades of unwavering service, dedication, and transformative leadership, Caritas MADDO bids farewell to her esteemed Director, Rev. Fr. Raphael Ssemmanda. For 20 years, he has been the guiding force behind our mission to uplift communities, promote social justice, and foster sustainable development in Masaka Diocese and beyond.
Under his stewardship, Caritas MADDO has grown from strength to strength—expanding its programs, deepening its impact, and building lasting partnerships. From social welfare and health initiatives to agricultural development and environmental care, Fr. Raphael Ssemmanda has left an indelible mark on every facet of our work.
We celebrate not just the milestones achieved, but the spirit of compassion, integrity, and servant leadership that he brought to the role. The legacy of his leadership will continue to inspire us for years to come.
As we turn the page to a new chapter, we are delighted to welcome Rev. Fr. Gonzaga Kiyimba as the new Director of Caritas MADDO. With his skills in management and agriculture he brings fresh energy, vision, and commitment to our mission.
